$8,000 Per Day - Event, Gallery, Party, Store
Uses
As this is a multipurpose space, it can be used for a variety of uses. For example, gallery showings,
retail flash sales, launch events and break out meetings. We would like all our renters to consider
the environment and local residence so noise restrictions may apply on late hours. There will be no
sale of alcohol, no cooking on premises and no smoking.
Facilities
The space has the following facilities: Sink, bar fridge, shower, toilet, balcony, own
private access. If you require anything else to facilitate your event, we will attempt to
accommodate when we can.
Capacity
The space can hold up to 60 people.
Rates
Full day = 8am to 8pm /$8,000HKD (weekday) $10,000HKD (weekend)/extension $500 per hour until 10pm*
Half Day = 8am to 2pm or 3pm to 9pm / $5,000HKD / extension $500 per hour until 10pm*
*After 10pm all extension times are charged at $1,000 per hour
**If you require the venue on an hourly basis, then the rate will be $1,200HKD per hour.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is payable within 7 days of the
event.
